Fees and Policies

At Wallpe Chiropractic Restoration, we believe in 100% transparency. We will let you know how much care will cost and why!

Here is our 2024 Fee Schedule:

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the chiropractors’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 12 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 12 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee to the card on file.

The 1st time that you do not call/do not show up for your appointment, the charge will be waived.

Following offenses will result in a $25 charge to your account.

Please note that fees are subject to change.

Insurance Information:

At Wallpe Chiropractic Restoration, we do not currently accept insurance. We require full payment at the end of your appointment. If desired, we can send you a superbill that you can turn into your insurance company. Then, for whatever they cover, they will reimburse you directly.

Why we don’t take insurance:

This may be a different policy than most other chiropractors you have visited, but there are a multitude of reasons as to why we do not accept insurance and require full payment at the time of our services.

Insurance companies prohibit the chiropractor from fully treating the patient and what is going on with them.

  • They will no allow/cover any diagnostic tests, exams, and/or x-rays.

  • They do not cover any adjunctive therapies such as rehabilitative exercises or manual therapies.

  • They do not cover any maintenance/corrective care - which is crucial for a patient’s prolong overall wellbeing.

  • A lot of insurance companies will only cover a finite amount of visits/year

We truly believe that the insurance companies shouldn’t have the ability to control when and how we can see our patients. They do not take the time to get to know the patient and truly figure out what is going on with them, so what gives them the right to dictate the patient’s care?

Not accepting insurance ultimately allows us to spend as much time as necessary with our patients in order to figure out what is going on. This allows us to give them absolute best attention and care we can provide. Thank you for being understanding and letting us serve you!
